Jonathan is an ideal locksmith: caring, knowledgeable and careful. He understood my needs and preferences and found a new lever lock for the back door which closely matches the color of the existing door hardware that dates back to 1980. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with his work. I will definitely call on Unlockit again, though I hope it won't be for a long time.

He also did a great job adjusting my two doors so that they operate as they should and lock properly. He advised me with some doorbell wiring questions and made good suggestions for next steps.
